Product details
MUKU KYOTO comes from a Kyoto tea house that has done one thing since 1818: Uji tea. Now the house brings MUKU, its own matcha, to America.
- NET WT 30 g (1.06 oz)
- Ingredients: 100% Matcha Green Tea Powder
- Product of Japan. Crafted in Kyoto.
- One level scoop = 2.5 g = one latte. 12 lattes per 30 g tin.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Made for milk, not for sipping.
Expensive matcha doesn't automatically make a great latte. Matcha changes the moment it meets milk — which is why MUKU is designed to taste its best as a latte, not on its own. And because the right matcha changes with the milk, Oat Milk Reserve is built for exactly one cup: the oat milk latte.
"Matcha shows its true character the moment it meets milk. That conviction guided every blend we tested."
Keisuke Hori — The Tenth-Dan Tea Master
The tenth dan is the highest rank in Japanese tea appraisal. Since the national competition was founded in 1956, only 30 tea masters have ever reached it (as of March 2026).
Our tea master is in-house. Every MUKU blend passes through the eyes and palate of Keisuke Hori, Japan's #1 Grand Tea Master, before it leaves Kyoto.
The math
One tin = 12 lattes.
One scoop (2.5 g) + 160 ml of oat milk = one latte.
